Formcrete, a full-service Shell Contractor began in 2004 – built by Roman Piloto, the President, and Owner, as a turn-key structural shell contracting company based in South Florida who understands that dealing with go-betweens is not the way he wanted his business to operate.

From the beginning, Roman and his team knew the hands-on approach with clients where the fundamental values that would guide and inspire the company to grow to what it is today. Those values include service, integrity, excellence, and good old fashion hard work.

Formcrete has seen every type of concrete project from building a premier medical center to garden apartments in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties.

While experienced with most Formwork Systems, we also specialize in multi-family apartment structures, condominiums, office building, and medical and hospitality structures.

100% SELF SUFFICIENT. Formcrete owns, maintains and operates over 100 pieces of heavy equipment and cranes, concrete pumps and hydraulic placing booms.
